ANTS, one of the most well-known underground parties in Ibiza, is celebrating its tenth year at the top with ANTS 10 YEARS STRONG this summer. The innovative and high-concept ANTS is taking things to the next level with a season-long celebration of cutting-edge music and immersive productions on an unprecedented scale at Ushuaïa Ibiza. To mark this momentous occasion, ANTS is partnering with Beatport to search for the next generation of DJ talent.

ANTS has always been focused on discovering cutting-edge talent, through its flagship Ushuaïa Ibiza residency and global touring series. ANTS has helped to establish up-and-coming stars on the world stage and provided them with a platform to take their careers to the next level. Now, the ever-evolving and innovative party is ready to uncover its next star and provide an unparalleled opportunity for aspiring DJ talent that will launch and supercharge the winner’s career.

The ultimate winner of the ANTS: NEXT GEN competition will receive the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to perform on Ushuaïa Ibiza’s iconic poolside stage this summer, along with expert career mentorship to nurture their artistic development, a production masterclass with an ANTS resident DJ, and an array of DJ essentials.

The competition will be judged by a panel of leading DJs and influential industry experts, including ANTS 10 YEARS STRONG residents Andrea Oliva, Chelina Manuhutu, SYREETA, Francisco Allendes, and Nic Fanciulli, as well as Yann Pissenem (CEO & Founder of The Night League, Ushuaïa, Hï Ibiza, & ANTS), Leslee Clarke (Booking Manager, The Night League, Ushuaïa & Hï Ibiza), and Itziar Gonzalez (Project Manager & ANTS Bookings Manager).

The prize includes a DJ set at ANTS 10 YEARS STRONG this summer, a DJ set on ANTS ON TOUR, a studio session with Francisco Allendes (ANTS 10 YEARS STRONG resident DJ), a guest mix on ANTS Radio, an ANTS Playlist takeover, a digital audit from ANTS’ in-house marketing team, and a bumper package of ANTS 10 YEARS STRONG merchandise. Additionally, the winner will receive a pair of Pioneer HDJ-X10 headphones, a training session with one of Pioneer DJ’s experts, a 6-month subscription for Beatport Streaming Advanced, a 12-month subscription to Loopcloud Studio, a Plugin Boutique Scaler 2, Vengeance Sound VPS Avenger, and an Excite Audio Lifeline Console from the Beatport Group.

To enter, aspiring DJs must submit their freshest 30-minute mix in line with the ANTS trademark sound to Soundcloud before midnight (CET) on Monday 8 May, following the entry guidelines available on Unitedants. All submitted mixes will be available on the ANTS Soundcloud profile for three weeks after the competition is launched. Mixes will be evaluated based on three key criteria: the total number of listens, the number of likes, and the expert evaluations from the ANTS: NEXT GEN judging panel. The top 10 entries will be revealed on 17 May, and the ultimate winner will be announced on 31 May.
