This 2022 season El Baile, more than a party, a new immersive experience created by Storytellers and based on ‘ El Baile ‘, the name of the book for the 25th anniversary of Pacha Ibiza .
Music, technology, performance, visuals and theater come together in this innovative event designed to celebrate the act of dancing as a symbol of freedom, equality, diversity and unity .
A tribute to the dance culture of the island where the Pacha Ibiza nightclub becomes a mother ship where we are all called to experience a journey towards a brighter future, moving us to the year 2222, from 14 events called ‘Chapters’ that will tell us the history of Ibiza .
El Baile boasts impressive creative direction by Xtra and a strong commitment to equality and femininity, including 50% women among its cast of artists , and is also a party committed to diversity and the LGBTQIA+ .
Among the artists that we will be able to enjoy at the party and that reflect a whole declaration of intentions to promote more direct shows, more women and more diverse genres and names will be performing at the Opening Erykah Badu. We will also be able to enjoy a special set by the Ukrainian Nastia, an exceptional b2b between the disco legend Jellybean Benitez and his daughter Layla Benitez, established artists such as Kittin or Kim Ann Foxman and emerging talents such as Deer Jade, Giorgia Angiuli or Monki. As a summer resident will be Dj Sarah Main , who has been linked to Pacha Ibiza for many years.
In addition, the Funky Room will become X thanks to a special collaboration with the multidisciplinary artist Ana Sting, a hedonistic refuge that combines play and dreams. And for its part, the Pachacha will host the most legendary DJs in Ibiza with ” Bailearic “, while the Terrace will become the famous ” Calle de la Virgen ” in the port of Ibiza, hosting various cultural activities.
