Renowned Chef Ton from Asia’s Best Restaurant 2023, ‘Le Du’, is set to bring his culinary expertise to Tomorrowland 2023 festival. As the festival gears up for its 17th edition with the theme ‘Adscendo’, visitors can expect not only exceptional music but also a top-notch dining experience. Chef Ton will join forces with Gaggan Anand, the world-renowned Indian-born celebrity chef and the most awarded chef in Asia, to host their own food stand at Mesa Garden, the festival’s ultimate hub for relaxation, delicious food, refreshing drinks, and summer vibes.

Attendees will have the opportunity to embark on a surprising gastronomic journey, exploring a wide range of flavors from around the world. Tomorrowland’s ‘Tastes of the World’ cuisine promises to captivate the People of Tomorrow with its diverse offerings. With 2 restaurants, 12 chefs, 38 food caterers, 3 mixologists, 14 cocktails, and 4 mocktails, the festival brings together culinary maestros such as Gaggan Anand, Chef Ton, Shabnam Syed, The Wussler Family, Marcelo Ballardin, Eric Ivanidis, Roger van Damme, Bart De Pooter, Glen Ramaekers, Luc De Laet, Xavier Van Hecke, and Toon De Bock, who will create culinary magic. Additionally, mixologists Matthias Giroud, Paul Morel, and Elias Belmans will craft spectacular cocktails and mixers to complement the culinary delights.

Chef Ton, the award-winning chef of ‘Le Du’, will delight festivalgoers with his exquisite Thai cuisine at his own food stand in Mesa Garden. His passion for cooking was nurtured by the delicious home meals prepared by his mother and grandmother, and now he brings his expertise to Tomorrowland. Gaggan Anand, the culinary game changer, will curate his ‘Ms. Maria & Mr. Singh’ food stand, blending the flavors and traditions of Mexican and Indian cuisine in a harmonious culinary adventure.

Mesa, the renowned restaurant originally based in Antwerp, will make its way to the festival grounds of Tomorrowland. It will feature collaborations between esteemed chefs Marcelo Ballardin and Eric Ivanidis from DOOR73 in Ghent, offering festivalgoers a unique food sharing experience around the globe. With breathtaking views of the iconic Mainstage, attendees can savor fine food, delectable cocktails, and drinks while immersing themselves in the festival atmosphere.

Brasa, located near the Terra Solis stage, will serve the finest grilled meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes. Set against the backdrop of water, open fires, and cozy beats, it promises the best summer vibes. Belgian chef Luc De Laet will ensure that Brasa delivers an unforgettable culinary experience.

Moreover, Tomorrowland will introduce a series of brand-new food and drink stands, allowing visitors to indulge in a variety of flavors. From Israeli delicacies by Boker Tov and Korean fried chicken by Banh Mi to the DreamVille Tea Ceremony and Fish & Chips by Jean sur Mer, festivalgoers will have plenty of options to satisfy their cravings. Other offerings include Pita by RØK, Sushi & bento by RORU, Hangup yoghurt by Bergeijk Centraal, and Brussels waffles by Gaufres & Waffles.

Additionally, Mama Shabz’s Pakistani street food restaurant, helmed by Shabnam Syed, will treat the People of Tomorrow during Detox Day. Drawing inspiration from her vibrant cultural heritage, Mama Shabz celebrates traditional Pakistani cuisine and showcases a fusion of flavors and food philosophies.
