Jamie Jones – Biography

Jamie Jones, a world-renowned DJ and producer, has made a significant impact on the music scene with his distinct sound and innovative approach. He gained recognition through his legendary East London warehouse parties, DJs Can Dance, which left an indelible mark on the city’s nightlife. However, it was his unforgettable summers in Ibiza that solidified his status as a key figure in the island’s music landscape.

In 2010, Jamie secured a coveted residency at DC10 for Circoloco day parties, a prestigious event that further propelled his career. Little did he know that a year later, he would take the helm of one of Ibiza’s most esteemed parties at the very same club. This marked the beginning of Paradise, now in its seventh season at DC10, where Jamie spent summers as a raver and forged connections with the family that would later help him bring his vision to life.

Paradise was born out of Jamie’s desire to offer something unique to the Ibiza party circuit. Inspired by the legendary Paradise Garage parties in New York, helmed by Larry Levan, Jamie aimed to create an eclectic, creative, and intimate experience for partygoers. The concept resonated deeply, and now Paradise extends its reach to every corner of the globe, with events held in cities like Miami, New York, LA, Moscow, and Toronto. Collaborating with like-minded brands and festivals such as The Warehouse Project, Printworks, Tomorrowland, We Are Fstvl, BPM, and DGTL, Paradise has become a global sensation.

Jamie’s imprint, Hot Creations, has played a pivotal role in shaping the electronic music landscape. With over 100 releases to date, including his own track “Kooky Chords” that reached the number 2 spot on Beatport’s chart, Hot Creations has been a platform for emerging artists like Patrick Topping, Richy Ahmed, and Detlef, who are also integral members of Jamie’s loyal Paradise family. Together, they continue to push boundaries, influence the scene, and create unforgettable musical experiences.
