AMF Kicks Off the New Decade with an Unforgettable Lineup

ALDA and Insomniac have unveiled the initial lineup for the highly anticipated 2023 edition of AMF, Amsterdam Dance Event’s biggest event. The monumental lineup features the return of familiar faces such as Afrojack, Armin van Buuren, and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike.

In an exciting twist, as AMF enters its second decade, the brand is diversifying its lineup by including James Hype, Meduza, and Purple Disco Machine, along with an undisclosed headliner who will make their debut AMF performance. Joining them are Dutch heavyweights Headhunterz and Israeli duo Vini Vici, completing the impressive roster.

British DJ James Hype and Italian hit-making trio Meduza will also make their AMF debuts. James Hype gained fame as a viral DJ and skyrocketed to stardom with his mega-hit “Ferrari,” which dominated the charts worldwide in 2022, establishing him as one of the artists to watch.

Meduza has consistently dominated the global pop charts with breakout singles like “Piece Of Your Heart,” followed by the equally successful “Lose Control” and “Paradise.” Collectively, their biggest tracks have amassed billions of streams across various platforms.

Through mesmerizing stage designs, breathtaking lighting setups, and star-studded lineups, AMF has established itself as the must-see dance spectacle during Amsterdam Dance Event. The event consistently sells out months in advance and attracts attendees from numerous countries, transforming the iconic Johan Cruijff ArenA into a sea of flags.

In 2022, a sold-out ArenA in Amsterdam saw 40,000 people gather to celebrate AMF’s legendary tenth anniversary. Over the past decade, AMF has curated some of Amsterdam Dance Event’s most coveted lineups and hosted unprecedented stadium shows. Now, at the beginning of a new decade, AMF offers a glimpse into the future.

By diversifying its lineup, AMF is evolving with the changing times and acknowledging the growing popularity of new sounds within the scene. AMF embraces a new era in dance music and proudly provides a platform of this magnitude for the next generation of artists.

For this year’s edition, AMF has established radio partnerships across Western Europe. Long-standing Dutch collaborator Radio 538, Belgian Studio Brussel, German 1LIVE, and French station Fun Radio are all part of the extensive pan-European promotional campaign.
